- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)

- ¼ cup unsalted butter (melted) for topping
- ½ cup granulated sugar for topping
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon for topping
- ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and spray an 8 ½ x 4 ½-inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
- In another bowl, blend milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
- Transfer the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for about 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with a few crumbs.
- Cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to parchment paper.
- Brush warm bread with melted butter and sprinkle with a mixture of sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
