Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Wash and core the apples, then cut them into fry shapes about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick.
- Pat the apple fries dry and place them in a mixing bowl. Drizzle with melted butter or oil.
- In a separate bowl, combine sugar, cinnamon, and salt; sprinkle over the apple fries and toss until evenly coated.
- Spread the fries in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-25 minutes until tender and lightly golden.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
