Ingredients

  • 1 box chicken-flavored Stove Top stuffing
  • 1-2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts (diced)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 16 oz frozen mixed vegetables
  • 4-5 garlic cloves (minced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine diced chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, frozen mixed vegetables, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Spray a baking pan (9 x 13) with cooking spray and spread the chicken mixture evenly in the pan.
