Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter and brown sugar until smooth.
- Mix in mashed banana, egg yolk, and vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, cinnamon powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until just combined.
- Gently fold in dark chocolate chips and walnuts.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized amounts of dough onto a lined baking sheet, spacing them two inches apart.
- Bake for about 10 minutes until edges are golden and centers remain soft.
- Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks.
