  • 1 lb linguine pasta
  • 2 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, thinly sliced
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1½ cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened

Instructions

  1. Cook linguine in salted water until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. Season steak with salt, pepper, and Cajun seasoning.
  3. In a skillet, heat oil and butter, then sear steak until browned; remove and set aside.
  4. Sauté onion and garlic until soft.
  5. Add flour and remaining Cajun seasoning; stir for one minute.
  6. Whisk in heavy cream and beef broth; simmer until thickened.
  7. Stir in cream cheese until melted, then add cheddar and Parmesan.
  8. Return steak and linguine to the skillet; toss to coat.
  9. Season with salt and pepper; garnish with green onions or parsley.
