  • 1 Tbsp tahini paste
  • ½ lemon (juiced)
  • 1 Tbsp hot water
  • 1⅓ Tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Wash and trim the celery stalks; slice into half-moons.
  2. Core and cut the apples into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Pit and chop the dates into small pieces.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together tahini paste, lemon juice, honey, and hot water until smooth.
  5. In a large mixing bowl, combine prepared celery, apple slices, chopped dates, and toasted almonds. Drizzle with dressing and toss gently.
