- 1/2 cup dried cranberries

- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and chop the celery into bite-sized pieces. Dice the Honeycrisp apples into small cubes.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped celery, diced apples, toasted walnuts, and dried cranberries.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, sugar, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and gently toss to coat evenly.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve in a bowl or on a platter; garnish with extra walnuts or cranberries if desired.
