  • 1 yellow onion (chopped)
  • 1 bell pepper (chopped)
  • 1 small head of cabbage (cored & chopped)
  • 1 (14 oz) can diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tsp creole seasoning
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat if necessary.
  2. Add the chopped onion and bell pepper to the skillet; sauté for about 3-4 minutes until softened.
  3. Stir in the chopped cabbage, diced tomatoes, and seasonings. Cover and cook for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
