  • 1 cup Strawberries (washed and cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • 1 cup Green Grapes (washed and halved)
  • 1 cup Red Grapes (washed and halved)
  • 1 cup Blueberries (washed)
  • 1 Apple (washed, cored, peeled, and diced)
  • 1 Banana (peeled and sliced)
  • ¼ cup Pecans (chopped)
  • 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 – 2 tbsp Honey
  • ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
  • ½ tsp Almond Extract

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cleaned and cut strawberries, green grapes, red grapes, blueberries, diced apple, and sliced banana (add banana just before serving to prevent browning).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the plain Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and almond extract until smooth.
  3. Gently fold the yogurt mixture into the bowl of mixed fruits until evenly coated.
  4. Top with chopped pecans for added crunch.
