- 4 ripe bananas

Instructions
- Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat; stir in espresso powder until combined.
- Mash bananas in a bowl; mix in the melted butter mixture.
- Add granulated sugar and brown sugar; incorporate beaten egg.
- Gradually mix in flour, baking soda, and salt until just combined.
- Fold in grated chocolate.
- Grease a loaf pan; pour batter into the pan.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for about 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool slightly before slicing.
