Instructions
- Combine warmed milk, water, and sugar in a bowl; stir until dissolved. Sprinkle yeast on top and let sit until foamy.
- Mix in melted butter, flour, and salt until combined. Knead dough for about 5-7 minutes until smooth; let rise until doubled in size.
- Cook blueberries with sugar, cornstarch mixed with water, lemon juice, and salt until thickened.
- Roll out dough into small squares and dip in melted butter before layering in a loaf pan with remaining blueberries.
- Mix melted butter with brown sugar and cinnamon; pour over the layered dough.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and let the assembled bread rest before baking for about 40 minutes until golden brown.
- For the glaze, beat softened cream cheese with butter and confectioners' sugar; thin with milk as needed.
