Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Gradually mix in the Greek yogurt until fully combined.
- In a separate bowl, gently combine the diced strawberries and blueberries.
- In serving glasses or dessert cups, layer the graham cracker crumbs, followed by the cream cheese mixture and mixed berries. Repeat layers until ingredients are used up, finishing with berries on top.
- Optionally, add a dollop of low-fat whipped cream as a garnish before serving.
