- 16 oz New York Style Cheesecake (6″ round, refrigerated)
- Fresh strawberries (washed, tops removed)
- Fresh blueberries (washed)
- Fresh blackberries (washed)
Instructions
- Slice the New York Style Cheesecake into strips and then cut each strip into triangles.
- Thread a few blueberries onto a skewer, followed by a piece of cheesecake. Alternate adding strawberries and blackberries with more cheesecake until the skewer is filled.
- Arrange the kabobs on a serving platter and serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to enjoy.
