- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sriracha
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 green onions (thinly sliced)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven's broiler to high and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha, honey, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and sesame oil until smooth.
- Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and brush generously with the bang bang sauce on both sides.
- Broil the salmon for 8-10 minutes until it flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
