  • 2-3 tablespoons milk (for frosting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease and line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, beat together granulated sugar, sour cream, softened butter, and eggs until creamy. Mix in the mashed bananas and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Sift in flour, baking soda, and salt into the wet mixture. Gently fold in the chopped walnuts.
