- 2 medium ripe bananas
- ¼ cup peanut butter
- ½ cup chocolate chips (dark)
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- Flaky salt (optional)
Instructions
- Peel and slice bananas into 1/2-inch thick rounds.
- On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, place half of the banana slices and spread peanut butter on each.
- Top with remaining banana slices to create sandwiches.
- Freeze sandwiches for at least 30 minutes.
- Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals until smooth.
- Dip each sandwich into melted chocolate using forks, then return to the baking sheet. Sprinkle with flaky salt if desired.
- Freeze again for about 30 minutes until the chocolate hardens.
