Ingredients
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 3 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 7 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 package cream cheese (8 ounces, softened)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 container Cool Whip (16 ounces, thawed)
- 2 cans apple pie filling (21 ounces each)
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter in a bowl. Press firmly into a 13×9 baking dish and freeze.
- For the filling, beat softened cream cheese with granulated sugar and vanilla until smooth. Fold in half of the Cool Whip and spread over the crust.
- Spoon apple pie filling over the cream cheese layer evenly.
- Top with the remaining Cool Whip and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, sprinkle with chopped pecans.
