Ingredients

  • 12 oz Brussels sprouts, stemmed and halved
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, diced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chili oil
  • 2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400ºF.
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes.
  4. While they cook, coat diced chicken in chili oil and season with ginger, garlic powder, chili powder, and salt.
  5. After 10 minutes, add the seasoned chicken to the air fryer basket with Brussels sprouts and stir gently.
  6. Air fry for another 10-12 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 160ºF to 165ºF.
  7. Stir in sweet chili sauce and air fry or broil for an additional minute if desired.
