- 12 oz Brussels sprouts, stemmed and halved
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, diced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chili oil
- 2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400ºF.
- In a mixing bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place the Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes.
- While they cook, coat diced chicken in chili oil and season with ginger, garlic powder, chili powder, and salt.
- After 10 minutes, add the seasoned chicken to the air fryer basket with Brussels sprouts and stir gently.
- Air fry for another 10-12 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 160ºF to 165ºF.
- Stir in sweet chili sauce and air fry or broil for an additional minute if desired.
