- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken with garlic powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
- Spoon the seasoned chicken mixture onto each tortilla and roll tightly.
- Arrange rolled enchiladas seam-side down in a baking dish.
- In another bowl, whisk Greek yogurt, milk, and olive oil until smooth; pour over the enchiladas.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Bake for about 20 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
