- 400 g nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt
- 4 large eggs
- 32 g cornstarch
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 177°C (350°F).
- Grease a 15 cm round cake pan and line it with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt and eggs until smooth.
- Gradually add the cornstarch while whisking until fully combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth out the top.
- Bake for 70–75 minutes or until set and golden on top.
- Allow to cool at room temperature for 30 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
