Ingredients
- 8 cups water
- 1/2 cup gluten-free mellow white miso
- 8 cloves garlic (grated)
- 2 tablespoons grated ginger
- 1 scallion (sliced)
- 1 tablespoon grated horseradish root
- 2 teaspoons avocado oil or coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons raw apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Boil water in a pot.
- While waiting, grate garlic, ginger, and horseradish into a medium bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and combine well.
- Once boiling, pour about half a cup of hot water into the mixture and whisk until smooth.
- Return the mixture to the pot and stir well before serving hot.
